  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Opened personal or hygiene-related items (e.g., earbuds, beauty tools)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@hivejoon.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@hivejoon.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
